Booking tips and other things you should know ...

The indicated daily rates and flat rates do not include the statutory accommodation levy of € 1.10 per person per day. Additional fee for single accommodation in a double room, € 15.00 per day. Rate reduction for bed and breakfast, € 11.00 off the gourmet lodging rate per person per day. The third person in a 3-bed room (couch or French bed) receives a 20% discount. No discount for meals which were not taken. 

Room breakfast: with advance notice, until 10:30 at € 3.00 extra.

Reservations are only accepted in writing by mail, fax or e-mail. We acknowledge your booking in writing, but the booking is only fixed after receipt of your deposit of € 220.00 per room.

Payment and credit cards: Please settle your invoice in cash or EC (Code no.). We do not accept credit cards. Our Swiss guests can pay in Swiss Francs. Our exchange rate is the rate of the day minus applicable bank charges.

Cancellation and cancellation fees: No costs accrue up to 30 days before the date of arrival. With short-notice cancellations: 29 to 8 days before the booked date of arrival, 70%; from 7 days to the day of arrival, 90% of the total arranged price. The provisions of the Austrian hotel regulations are applicable. The place of jurisdiction is Reutte/Tyrol.

Arrival: The rooms are ready to be occupied from 15:00. Please notify us by telephone should you arrive after 18:00.

Departure: Please vacate your rooms by 10:30.

You may book a room falling within a specific category but not specific room numbers or floors. Preferably book your arrival and departure for a Sunday.

Dogs: only by arrangement. We charge € 10.00 per day, excluding food, and a single fee of € 35.00 for cleaning after departure (time and materials for cleaning carpets and baths with disinfecting equipment). Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the dining room, the wellness centre and on the relaxation lawn.
