Food keeps body and soul together – this is well known and one part of the story. But at the ˜Laternd’l Hof” it is celebrated as experiential gastronomy in the truest sense of the word, culminating in a feast of the culinary senses. Each day starts off with a champagne breakfast accompanied by an extensive Tyrolean buffet of delicacies, changing daily. The afternoon, under the motto ˜light meals”, offers warm and cold dishes followed by delectably sweet treats – all included in the ¾ gourmet-lodging rate.

Theme evenings such as eating from the ˜hot stone”, specialities from Bella Italia or typically Austrian from grandmother’s kitchen alternate with the sensual agony of the starter buffet selection and the main courses, served creatively decorated by the chef and a delight to the pallet and eyes. The candlelight dinner is stylishly complemented by superb wines from our well-appointed cellar and a delicious array of desserts or cheeses. And a ˜must” to round off this special culinary experience – a noble cognac from the ˜potent” schnapps trolley.
